Planning Beyond the Wedding: A Special Welcome Event

Partway through the planning process, we were thrilled when the groom’s mother reached out for support in hosting a Welcome Event—a gathering that would bring their families together in a meaningful way before the wedding day.

She had a clear vision and wish list, and we worked together to create a warm, beautifully executed welcome dinner at Heyday Farm. With thoughtfully chosen rentals, stunning floral designs, and seamless transportation logistics, we transformed the space into a perfectly hosted experience that exceeded her expectations.

A Surprise Lion Dance Performance – To celebrate the bride’s family and cultural heritage, guests were treated to a Lion Dance performance during cocktail hour. Watching guests engage with and learn from the experience made for an incredibly memorable moment—filled with energy, excitement, and joy.
