Tapestry Event Co. is run by Kate Faoro Wright, Founder and Creative Director. But we couldn’t do what we do without our amazing team of planners, coordinators, creatives, and administrative specialists. We have a family of experts who generously share their talents with our clients and partners, many of whom have worked with us for 3+ years. Here are a few of of the folks you might meet along the way…

I am the Creative Director and Lead Planner at Tapestry Event Co. I am so freaking thrilled that you found me and my team!
I am a proud Pacific Northwest resident and I love to travel with my forever adventure buddy and husband, Nick. There is something about getting outdoors among the tall trees and rolling landscape that keeps me grounded and helps put life in perspective. When I'm not out and about in nature, chances are you can catch me practicing yoga, weaving on my loom, playing with my kittens Winks and Meo, reading fantasy (my favorite series? The Kingkiller Chronicle), refinishing furniture, or catching up over coffee with dear friends. TLDR? I love human connection and creating.
I believe that planning your wedding, elopement, or ceremony is a unique chapter of your lives that presents an opportunity to establish a lasting legacy. This event is a space to practice communication, budgeting, sharing a vision, sharing responsibilities, and investing in each other’s goals. I am here to create planning milestones that are grounded and guided by the same values that founded your relationship; to build an event that allows you to truly be seen and celebrated by your partner and your community; and to create an experience that will serve you for the rest of your love lives.
My all time favorite quote is from none other than David Grohl: "No one is you and that is your power." I believe that to be true about every person I meet and couple I work with. I am excited to meet you with all the logistical prowess, curiosity, and perspective I have to offer so that we can create an honest and enthusiastic celebration together.
Oh, and yes, I do have a Christian Bale laugh in real life. I can’t wait to hear yours. 😄

Hi, my name is Kerri !
A perfect day for me involved a super cozy blanket, fuzzy slippers, a large cup of coffee, a puzzle on my table and dreaming about my next big adventure....with Harry Potter on in the background.
I am passionate about helping others accomplish their goals and making sure we are all having a good time. My past work within hospitality and events has helped me hone in on my love of events and being that right hand for people during stressful times. Tell me your ideas, visions, and dreams and I want to help in any capacity I can to get you there. I love the giant puzzle that events tend to be. Fitting all the different pieces together to create a unique experience and watching someone’s vision turn into reality fills me with so much joy.
At Tapestry, I will be collaborating with the team as the Administrative Lead. I'll be putting together and implementing our gifting program for clients and community. I will also support Tapestry as an Assistant Coordinator, helping ensure events flow seamlessly.
Working with Tapestry in these two capacities satisfy two different sides of who I am and what I enjoy doing. I love a detailed spreadsheet and organizing information and then I love the social, exciting part of being there on the day of. I get to flex both muscles with this amazing team. I'm excited to support efforts to up-level the overall Tapestry client experience and team growth and I can't wait to watch your dream wedding come into reality!
AMANDA ADAMS

Hello fellow humans, I'm Amanda! I'm so thrilled to be here and included in your marriage journey.
A little dose of me: I'm freshly relocated from Denver, Colorado, trading one big city and mountainscape for another and supplementing my sunshine with saltwater and greenery. You can find me bopping around from one local spot to the next but also dipping into nature whenever possible. When in the hustle and bustle, I thrive as a foodie and live music fanatic, getting groovy to new tastes and sounds. When needing some fresh air, I throw on my rollerblades or snowboard and hit the open road or slope. I'm ever-wandering and exploring, but always love connecting with others near and far!
Driven by curiosity, creativity, and craft, I’ve found events to be the most wondrous playground. They allow me to join others in exploring the arts, capturing cultures, fostering genuine connection, cherishing precious moments, and commemorating an unforgettable time.
I've been a natural host amongst family and friends for as long as I can remember, finding special occasions to make extra special and going above and beyond with the details. This drew me into the food and beverage industry and operating special events for several years, but I yearned to stay in the realm of personable and meaningful celebrations. Finally, some extraordinary circumstance brought me to the Tapestry team, and it feels too good to be true! As my first season here, I'll be offering support as an Assistant Coordinator and Associate Planner. I'm prepared to grow in these spaces to serve you lovingly both behind the scenes and on-site for your special day.

Hi there, I’m Tessarae! I’m so excited to celebrate with you.
I’ve lived most of my life in the PNW and feel so much love for this corner of the world. When the sun shines, I try to spend as much time as possible soaking it up — whether that’s a long nature walk, a paddle board sesh, or a pretty drive with the windows down. You can always count on me to meet you out in the sunshine! When cozied up inside, I love to read books, watch movies, organize anything and everything, and scheme up the next big adventure with my partner and our cat (she’s in on the plan, too).
My professional journey reflects my many passions in life as a sustainability analyst turned interior designer and event coordinator. At Tapestry, I’m able to blend all of these passions together as our shared ethos revolves around crafting authentic wedding celebrations that are both beautiful and considerate of the planet. As an Assistant Coordinator, I support you on your wedding day by helping ensure each moment flows smoothly so you can sit back and enjoy! Behind the scenes, I design content and resources that help couples thoughtfully plan their wedding and elopement celebrations.
I’m so happy that I get to spend my days celebrating love with our wonderful couples and the amazing team here at Tapestry. Can’t wait to meet you!
